TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of the public contract is in particular the design, provision of permits, implementation, commissioning and handover of charging infrastructure for electric buses at the contracting authority’s depot. The performance also includes five years of service support. The subject of the public contract will be carried out using the Design & Build method, under which the supplier will design a complete solution for the subject of the public contract (specified by the contracting authority’s requirements) — i.e. the “design” part — and will then implement that proposed solution itself — i.e. the “build” part. A detailed description of the subject of performance of the public contract and the contracting authority’s requirements for its execution is set out in the tender documentation and its annexes.
