Construction-related specialist advice in the field of sustainability coordination for the new build of a fire and rescue service training school, Aidenbachstraße 7, 81379 Munich At the site of Fire Station 2, the existing fire training school is to be replaced by a new building that enables complete training. Training rooms for classroom teaching content will be created, as well as a wide variety of practice, simulation and training facilities for the practical training component. The user requirements programme includes a buildable gross floor area (GF) of approx. 32,000 sqm. Due to organisational dependencies, it may be necessary for individual parts of the training facilities to be implemented as part of a preliminary measure. The training and continuing education operation of the professional fire brigade and the volunteer fire brigade of the City of Munich is currently taking place on the project site provided here in Obersendling, on which Fire Station 2 also has its location.
