Construction-related consultation in the area of sustainability coordination for the new construction of a fire and rescue service school, Aidenbachstraße 7, 81379 Munich At the site of Fire Station 2, the existing fire service school is to be replaced by a new building that allows complete training. Training rooms for theoretical teaching content will be established, as well as a wide variety of exercise, simulation and training facilities for the practical training component. The user requirements program includes an implementable gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 32,000 sqm. Due to organizational dependencies, it may be necessary to implement individual parts of the training facilities as part of a preparatory measure. The continuing and further training operations of the professional fire brigade and the volunteer fire brigade of the City of Munich currently take place at the project site presented here in Obersendling, where Fire Station 2 is also located.
