Services for sustainability coordination for the BNB_QNG certification. The school site GS Hanselmannstraße/MS Schleißheimer Straße is to be structurally redeveloped and expanded. As part of an already completed VgV procedure for the object planning HOAI, a preliminary solution approach has already been developed, which is currently being further developed within LPH2: The primary school building (Hanselmannstr. 44) including the associated basic sports hall is in a very good structural condition, will essentially be retained and is to be modernized only to a minor extent (No certification!) The Mobile space unit of the primary school (Hanselmannstr. 45), the old buildings of the lower secondary school (Schleißheimer Str. 275) and the children’s facility (Schleißheimer Str. 279) will be demolished.
