The contract duration is 12 months. The contract begins from the date of bilateral signature. A key milestone is the maximum acceptable delivery deadline for the goods, which is 120 calendar days from the date the purchase order is issued. The purchase order will be issued based on the concluded contract.

The core scope of work for this tender is the upgrade of existing infrastructure for high-performance data processing. This involves increasing computational capacities to handle computationally demanding workloads, process large amounts of data, apply advanced algorithms, and develop and execute artificial intelligence-based solutions. The procurement specifically includes new servers and related equipment to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable system operation, as well as to expand APIS IT's existing computing infrastructure and provide necessary resources for its users. A key deliverable is also a unique management interface for server monitoring and management, with functionalities equivalent to the defined technical requirements, and the ability to integrate into the client's current environment. Technical specifications for Server TYPE 1, covering aspects like processor, memory, disk subsystem, boot subsystem, casing, network subsystem, graphical subsystem, redundant power supplies, fans, PCIe slots, and various ports, are detailed in the technical specifications. Remote monitoring capabilities for the servers are also required.
