Nadogradnja infrastrukture za visokoučinkovitu računalnu obradu

The contract duration is 12 months. The contract begins upon mutual signature. The maximum acceptable delivery period for goods is 120 calendar days from the date of issuing the purchase order; offers exceeding this period will be rejected. The delivery period for equipment aligns with the number of days specified in Annex 3: Quality Criteria, starting from the date the purchase order is issued.

The core scope of work for this tender is the "Upgrade of infrastructure for high-performance computing" (Nadogradnja infrastrukture za visokoučinkovitu računalnu obradu). The primary goal is to enhance the computing capacities of the existing server system. This upgrade aims to create the necessary conditions for executing computationally intensive tasks, such as processing large volumes of data, implementing advanced algorithms, and developing and running artificial intelligence-based solutions.

The statement of work summary and core deliverables include:

• Acquisition of servers and associated equipment for upgrading the data processing infrastructure.
• Expansion of the existing computing infrastructure to provide required resources for user services.
• Provision of a unique management interface along with the servers, offering functionalities equivalent to the technical requirements for a centralized server monitoring and management solution, with the capability of integration into the existing client environment.
• All offered servers must be new, unused, and from the same manufacturer.
• Technical characteristics are detailed in PRILOG 4. Tehnička specifikacija (Technical Specification).
• Quantities are specified in the TROŠKOVNIK (PRILOG 2.) (Bill of Quantities).
• The delivery location for goods is the client's headquarters at APIS IT d.o.o., Paljetkova ulica 18, 10000 Zagreb, under DDP (Incoterms 2020) parity, covering all transport, insurance, loading, unloading, customs clearance, and associated risks until delivery to the client's warehouse premises.
• The contract duration is 12 months, starting from the mutual signing of the contract.
• The delivery period for equipment is based on the number of days specified in Appendix 3: Quality Criteria, commencing from the date of issuing a purchase order based on the concluded contract.
