TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the upgrade of computer programs in accordance with the Law on Water for Human Consumption – WaterQ application. The Croatian Institute of Public Health uses the WaterQ system to support business processes for the collection, processing, review and reporting of data from the field of water for human consumption. The subject of these technical specifications is the upgrade of the existing WaterQ system in order to support DWD (Eng. Drinking Water Directive) reporting and to develop functionalities for digital management of water safety plans (Eng. water safety plan, WSP), in accordance with the obligations of the Croatian Institute of Public Health (HZJZ) arising from the Law on Water for Human Consumption (NN 30/23), which transposed the obligations from Directive (EU) 2020/2184 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2020 on the quality of water intended for human consumption (hereinafter referred to as DWD).The upgrade includes two connected functional components within the existing WaterQ system:• Upgrading the WaterQ system functionality to support DWD reporting, including functionalities related to locations, derogations,…
