Nadzór Inwestorski – Uporządkowanie gospodarki wodami opadowymi na terenie miasta Zielona Góra - Etap II – Park Smoczy

The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract Start Date: From the date of concluding the agreement.
• Contract End Date: Until the date of post-warranty acceptance, following the expiration of the warranty and guarantee periods provided by the Investment Contractor.
• Total Duration: The planned completion for the service is up to 14 months from the date of signing the agreement. This is followed by a warranty period of 48 months and an additional guarantee period of 6 months.
• Key Milestones/Phases:

1. Supervision of Project Documentation and Building Permit Acquisition: This phase includes supervising the start of project works from the agreement signing date and overseeing the completion of project works, along with securing the necessary building/demolition permits or notifications, within up to 7 months from the agreement signing date.

2. Supervision of Construction Works: This phase, based on the developed project documentation and including the acquisition of an occupancy permit (if required), is to be completed within up to 14 months from the date of signing the agreement.

3. Post-Warranty Acceptance: Participation in the post-warranty acceptance process after the warranty and guarantee periods have expired.

• Extension Clause: In the event that the execution and settlement period of the investment extends beyond the planned 14 months, the Investor Supervision will continue to fulfill the contract without additional remuneration until the actual completion of construction works and settlement, as per the works contractor's agreement.

• Personnel communicating with the contracting authority must be fluent in Polish.
• The subject of the order must be implemented with requirements for accessibility for people with disabilities and design for all users, in accordance with the principles of universal design, as referred to in the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
• Compliance with Polish Standards (PN-EN), industry standards (BN), and other applicable technical instructions and regulations for construction works.
• Use of the latest editions or revised editions of norms or regulations, unless otherwise specified.
• Acceptance of foreign norms if no corresponding Polish norms exist.
• Requirement for an advanced or qualified electronic signature or electronic seal (as defined in Regulation (EU) No 910/2014) for submitting offers.
• Use of the e-Zamówienia platform for communication.
• Electronic payments will be used.
