TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1: Investor supervision in the construction and building industry as part of the task “Construction of an infiltration ditch together with an educational path with elements of small architecture at Olszynowa Street in Dębica”1. The subject matter of the contract is to perform the function of a Construction Inspector in the construction and building industry over construction works related to the redevelopment of an open ditch, the construction of a pedestrian footbridge with elements of small architecture in a public place. 2. Location of the supervised investment: plot(s) no. ewid. 2015, 2016, 2017, cadastral unit 0004 of the City of Dębica. The construction inspector is required to be present personally at the site at least 2 times per week. During site inspections, the Inspector is required to make an appropriate entry in the construction log and to send to the Contracting Authority a report on the current progress of the works. 3.
