TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement of this public procurement procedure is the supply of oil and oil derivatives, based on the contracting authority’s stated needs, and in all respects in accordance with the technical specifications and other requested requirements. The delivered goods must comply with the Regulation on the quality of liquid petroleum fuels and the method of monitoring and reporting, as well as the methodology for calculating greenhouse gas emissions over the life cycle of the supplied fuels and energy, and with all other applicable regulations in the Republic of Croatia.
