TENDER DESCRIPTION

Rental service of multifunction devices in accordance with the conditions from the Procurement Documentation and technical specifications. The service includes: Delivery, installation, configuration, and maintenance of new and unused devices owned by the tenderer, in accordance with the technical specification, at the locations of the Contracting Authority. The printing service with devices owned by the tenderer includes delivery of devices at the locations of the Contracting Authority, their maintenance and troubleshooting, supply of original toner and other original consumable and spare parts recommended by the device manufacturer, except paper and machine staples. Continuous optimization of the printing fleet during the entire contract duration to ensure optimal utilization of the devices, depending on the printing volume on the device itself. The optimization of the printing fleet is performed in agreement with the Contracting Authority and with its approval and consent. Disposal of used consumables free of charge for the Contracting Authority. Offered devices must be compatible with the print management software solution. Rental service of multifunction devices in…
