TENDER DESCRIPTION

Multifunction device rental service in accordance with the terms of the Procurement Documentation and technical specifications. The service includes: Delivery, installation, configuration, and maintenance of new and unused devices owned by the bidder, in accordance with the technical specification, at the Purchaser's locations. The printing service with devices owned by the bidder implies delivery of devices to the Purchaser's locations, their maintenance and troubleshooting, delivery of original toner and other original consumables and spare parts recommended by the device manufacturer, except for paper and machine staples (staplers). Continuous optimization of the print fleet throughout the entire duration of the contract for the purpose of optimal device utilization, depending on the print volume on the device itself. Print fleet optimization is carried out in agreement with and with the approval and consent of the Purchaser. Disposal of used consumables free of charge for the Purchaser. The offered devices must be compatible with the print management software solution. Rental of multifunction devices for the needs of the Croatian Institute for Social Work
