TENDER DESCRIPTION

The virtualization system runs on a VMware ESXi virtual environment with virtual servers on Windows Server and Linux operating systems and a Microsoft SQL database. All clients of the information and communications system of the Zagreb Innovation Centre Ltd connect to the network using the 802.1x protocol in order to ensure additional security and dynamic assignment of clients to the separate networks provided for them. For the above network solution, Aruba Clearpass is used in redundant mode. All core networking equipment and the server are connected to a redundant uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system. Trend Micro protection against malicious code is used for the entire system (on computers, servers and M365). A part of the system for which support is going to expire is maintained, and whose specification and level of maintenance are provided in the attachment “Technical Specifications”.
