TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the rental of a fully functional RGBWW decorative Christmas tree for one Advent season 2026/2027, including technical development, delivery, unloading, installation, safe fixing or ballasting, electrical and control interconnection, programming, testing, commissioning, supervision, maintenance, interventions, dismantling, loading and removal of the equipment. The decorative tree is of an approximate height of 15 m and a diameter of 7.5 m, with an allowed deviation of dimensions of ± 5 %, in accordance with the technical specifications. The entire system must be installed, tested and fully functional no later than 27 November 2026. Advent ends during January 2027, and the exact end date is determined in agreement with the contracting authority. Dismantling and removal of the equipment must be carried out no later than within 10 calendar days after the official end of Advent. All services, works, equipment, documentation and other obligations of the contractor are included in the single total price of the complete set, in accordance with the bill of quantities and the technical specifications of Group 1.
