TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the rental of two wheeled loaders for a period of 24 months for each loader, counted from the day of the protocol-based acceptance of the given loader by the Contracting Authority without reservations, and the provision of service during the rental period. The wheeled loaders will in particular be used for moving and loading waste onto the sorting line in the reception hall of the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Hryniewicze (hereinafter: ZUOK in Hryniewicze), of sorted waste onto means of transport, and for moving compost and other bulk materials. The loaders must be brand-new, manufactured no earlier than in 2026, free from defects, and comply with the requirements specified in the procurement documents. 2. The loaders may come from different manufacturers. The Contracting Authority does not require that there are two identical machines, but both must meet the requirements set out in the OPZ and the conditions for admission to traffic on public roads. 3.
