TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the rental and operation of a print system using multifunction devices. 2. The subject of the Contract includes the rental and operation together with software ensuring the functionality of the system for two groups of devices, i.e.: 1) Group A3 covering rental and operation: - 34 new, color multifunction devices in A3 format, - 1 new, color multifunction device in A3 format with a finisher, 2) Group A4 covering rental and operation of 6 new, color multifunction devices in A4 format. 3. The subject of the Contract will be carried out in accordance with the procurement procedure documentation, i.e.: this SWZ and its annexes, in particular within the scope of and in accordance with the conditions set out in the Technical Specification (constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ — hereinafter “TS”) together with Annex No 1 and in the Contract Template (constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ). 4.
