The subject of the contract is the lease of a commercial premises with an area of 200 m² located in the basements in the Main Building at ul. Papiernicza 2 (in accordance with the attached layout of rooms – Appendix No. 1), together with an external area of approx. 270 m², including a structural facility – a pavilion, intended for conducting business activity in the form of a gastronomic establishment available to all consumers, with full waiter service, offering a wide and varied range of food and beverages, served to consumers according to a menu card – restaurant together with a restaurant garden.
