Rental of printing and photocopying equipment II 1. The subject of the contract is the rental of printing and photocopying equipment II. The quantitative breakdown of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in the assortment-and-price form constituting Annex No 4 to the terms of reference (hereinafter: SWZ). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been provided in Annex No 5 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the basis of the rules and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ.
