1. The subject of the contract includes the lease of multifunction devices, hereinafter also referred to as the devices, in a total number of 84 units, at the following locations: 1) the building of the Warmińsko-Mazurski Voivodeship Office in Olsztyn at Al. Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego 7/9, 2) the building of the Delegation of the Warmińsko-Mazurski Voivodeship Office in Elbląg at ul. Wojska Polskiego 1, 3) the building of the Delegation of the Warmińsko-Mazurski Voivodeship Office in Ełk at ul. Mickiewicza 15, 4) Voivodeship Team for Disability Assessment: a) the building in Olsztyn at ul. Kajki 10/12, b) the building in Elbląg at ul. Wojska Polskiego 1, c) the building in Ełk at ul. Mickiewicza 15, 5) the Medical Dispatch Unit building in Olsztyn at ul.
