TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lease of multifunction devices, software for monitoring and managing the printing environment, and lease of OCR software, for a period of 24 months Lease, installation and commissioning in premises located in a building situated in Warsaw at Al. Jerozolimskich 181C, of multifunction devices (printer, copier, scanner) in the number of 56 units, collectively referred to as the “Devices”, 16 units of proximity card readers HID Prox 125 kHz, collectively referred to as the “Readers”, as well as monitoring and managing printing environment software and optical character recognition (OCR) software, collectively referred to as the “Software”; implementation of the Software in the contracting authority’s IT network and provision/granting of licences to use the Software with respect to 16 units of the Devices and their 550 users. A consolidated specification of the Devices, defining their necessary/required functions and parameters in a given group (I–III) of the Devices, constitutes Annex No 1a.
