TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract “Waste management in the municipality of Lozorno” is to provide waste management services for the period from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2028, in the following scope: a) collection of mixed municipal waste, weighing the waste and reading the information from an electronic chip placed on each waste container, and providing this to the contracting authority as well as to the owner of the collection container. b) Waste management: 1) treatment of waste by technological processes (e.g. mechanical and biological treatment of waste) before disposal in a landfill, so that it meets the conditions pursuant to § 6(5) of Decree No 382/2018 Coll. on landfilling of waste and on storage of waste mercury (hereinafter only “Decree 382/2018 Coll.”) as amended, and subsequent disposal of the waste in a landfill, or 2) energy recovery of the waste c) provision of waste containers added to the List of registered waste containers, or when replacing damaged waste containers with electronic chips owned by the supplier, d) delivery to the contracting authority (to the Municipal Office of Lozorno) 120 l plastic bags marked with the supplier’s logo, which will be used for storing mixed…
