TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of the public contract is the procurement of theatre equipment, in particular AV technology systems, stage lighting and stage (theatre stage) technology for the Client’s Multi-Functional Hall, which is designed as a space equipped for holding cultural events. The hall is equipped with several connection points where it will be possible to connect to the network a number of external devices for sound and lighting scene cueing/control into the hall and monitoring. The delivery of goods also includes the installation, connection and commissioning of the system, training of the operating staff in the operation of the systems, carrying out the required load testing and operational tests of the installed equipment, preparation of the initial inspection report on the condition of the electrical equipment from the standpoint of safety, and PD as-built documentation of the actual performance of the work.
