TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Public Contract is the delivery of 1 pc of a new or demonstration telescopic manipulator intended for handling bulk material such as de-icing salt and inert spreading material (crushed stone and sand), including accessories comprising 2 loading buckets, palletizing forks and a lifting hook for handling suspended loads (hereinafter also only as “Machine”), which corresponds to the technical specification in accordance with Annex No. 3 to the tender documentation (Technical specification and the pricing table) and the requirements in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the tender documentation (the binding draft of the Contract). In order to exclude any doubts, the Contracting Authority expressly states that, in accordance with the binding draft of the Contract, the performance also includes the delivery of all documentation and manuals, mandatory equipment, training of the Machine user (at least 2 persons designated by the Contracting Authority) and the provision of the Machine warranty service.
