TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply of new passenger electric vehicles of SUV type – 12 pcs and a utility vehicle (panel van) with an electric drive – 1 pc, including related services, in particular ensuring warranty service. The subject of the contract includes: - supply of new, unused motor vehicles of category M1 (passenger SUV) and N1 (light utility vehicle – panel van), - supply of all documents required for registration and operation of the vehicles in the Slovak Republic, - providing a warranty for the vehicles, including a warranty for the traction battery, - ensuring warranty service including regular manufacturer-prescribed service inspections, including materials and labour, - ensuring the availability of an authorised warranty service for the offered vehicle brand within a maximum of 100 km from the contracting authority’s registered office. The supplied vehicles must be fully electric (BEV) and must comply with all generally binding legal regulations applicable in the Slovak Republic and the European Union, including requirements for approval of vehicles for operation in road traffic.
