TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of new passenger electric vehicles of the SUV type – 12 units, and a utility vehicle (vans) with an electric drive – 1 unit, including related services, in particular ensuring warranty service. The subject matter of the contract includes: - delivery of new motor vehicles of category M1 (passenger SUV) and N1 (light utility vehicle – van), where the definition of a new vehicle, including the permitted prior registration and mileage, is specified in Annex No. 13 to these tender documents, - delivery of all documents required for registering and operating the vehicles in the Slovak Republic, - providing a warranty for the vehicles, including a warranty for the traction battery, - ensuring warranty service including regular manufacturer-prescribed service inspections, including materials and labour, - ensuring the availability of an authorised warranty service for all offered makes and types of vehicles at a distance of no more than 100 km from the contracting authority’s registered office (Bulharská 39, 917 01 Trnava), GPS coordinates 48°21'36.3"N 17°35'51.3"E.
