TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the delivery of 6 buses meeting the minimum technical requirements in accordance with Annex No 2 to the procurement documents – technical specification and pricing (hereinafter referred to as “bus”). In accordance with Section 100(1) the contracting authority reserves the possibility of a change to the Contract obligation consisting in an increase in the total number of buses by a maximum of an additional 4 buses. For details regarding the reserved change to the Contract obligation, see the binding draft of the Contract, which forms Annex No 3 to the procurement documents. The scope of performance also includes providing warranty service, regular warranty service inspection visits, delivery of all documentation, conducting training of persons designated by the contracting authority to operate the buses, and other activities or supplies in accordance with Annex No 3 to the procurement documents. The conditions for providing the subject of performance are further governed by the binding draft of the Contract, which forms Annex No 3 to the procurement documents.
