The contract comes into force on the day it is signed by both contracting parties, provided that the supplier submits security for the proper performance of contractual obligations. A key milestone is the delivery of vehicles, which must occur no later than December 18, 2026. The validity of the bank guarantee for the proper performance of contractual obligations is until January 31, 2027.

The core scope of work for this tender is the purchase of ten new electric passenger vehicles.

• Procurement Object: The tender focuses on the acquisition of ten new electric passenger vehicles.
• Vehicle Specifications: A detailed description of the required vehicles is provided in the technical requirements outlined in Tender Form 4.
• Vehicle Replacement Clause: Should the originally offered vehicle become unavailable before delivery (e.g., due to production cessation or new model introduction), the supplier is obligated to provide a successor vehicle (new generation) at the agreed price, ensuring it meets all technical specifications and possesses equivalent or superior technical, functional, and quality attributes.
• Delivery Timeline: All vehicles must be delivered by December 18, 2026. Partial deliveries are permissible with prior agreement from the client.
• Delivery Location: The designated delivery point is SŽ - ŽIP, storitve, d.o.o., Mechanical workshops, Zaloška 217A, 1000 Ljubljana, or an alternative location within Ljubljana.
• Vehicle Condition: All delivered vehicles must be new, unused, from the latest available model year, fully functional upon handover, and compliant with all technical specifications and contractual stipulations.
• Cost Inclusions: The total tender value encompasses all supplier costs and discounts, including the vehicle value with all necessary equipment, technical preparation for handover/driving, customs duties, motor vehicle tax, transport and insurance costs, all required work and tests for full functionality, any necessary permits, transport to the client's location, and any other associated costs for order execution.
• Mandatory Features and Equipment: Vehicles must include a Type 2 charging cable (minimum 5 meters), an integrated AC charger (minimum 11 kW, 3-phase charging), a tire repair kit, rubber floor mats, and other mandatory equipment.
• Warranty and Support: A general warranty of 60 months or more is required. Post-delivery services include free roadside assistance in Slovenia during the warranty period for technical/mechanical breakdowns, guaranteed spare parts availability for at least 10 years, and a replacement vehicle for warranty repairs and serial defect rectification after the warranty period.
• Service Network Requirement: The supplier must ensure a comprehensive network of authorized service providers within Slovenia, specifically in or near Ljubljana, Celje, Maribor, Murska Sobota, and Koper.
• Required Documentation: Prior to vehicle handover, the supplier must provide invoices and ES-homologation documents for the delivered vehicles.
• Acceptance Procedure: The client's acceptance process involves a visual inspection, verification of all technical requirements and functionalities, and operational testing of the vehicles.
