The subject of the public procurement is the supply, installation, implementation, customization, integration with the client's existing systems, as well as maintenance and support of a comprehensive information system for the needs of the central and external pharmacy of UKC Ljubljana (hereinafter: the system), which includes software for managing hospital pharmacy activities, public pharmacy activities, galenic laboratory activities, as well as financial, material, and warehouse operations of central and departmental warehouses. The subject of the public procurement also includes the purchase of perpetual licenses for the information system (including handheld devices/terminals for data capture (with built-in barcode and 2D code readers)), integration with WWKS2.0 for the needs of the external and hospital pharmacy, and maintenance (of the information system and the app for handheld devices/terminals for data capture (with built-in barcode and 2D code readers)) for 24 months, including an unlimited number of updates.
