TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel fuel directly into the tanks of the contracting authority’s rolling stock (HKV) at the specified delivery locations via filling stations forming part of the infrastructure of the rail network, which are accessible to the contracting authority by rail track without time restriction (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for refuelling traction diesel fuel in accordance with STN EN 590 as currently applicable, enriched with bio-components in accordance with the applicable STN standard, meeting the requirements and quality testing methods: i) for the mild climate zone of class B — for the summer period, ii) for the mild climate zone of class D — for the transitional period, iii) for the climate zone of class F — for the winter period, depending on the time of year and weather conditions in the total estimated quantity of 2,890,000.00 (two million eight hundred ninety thousand) litres. “Rolling stock of the contracting authority” (HKV) means — a self-propelled rail vehicle or a rail vehicle without its own propulsion.
