TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply of 1 unit of a new category M1 passenger vehicle – a van with a capacity of 8 seats, intended for driver training in a driving school, in accordance with the Technical Specification of the subject of performance. The scope of supply also includes ensuring all necessary actions for the proper delivery of the vehicle and its commissioning and use for practical driver training, in particular delivery of the vehicle to the contracting authority’s premises, inspection and demonstration of its functionality upon handover, delivery of equipment prescribed by legal regulations and technical standards, handover of all documents necessary for registration, commissioning, and use of the vehicle in the Czech language, proof of compliance with technical and legal requirements, and training of the designated personnel of the contracting authority.
