TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of supplies of six types of multifunction printing devices to ensure controlled printing, copying and document scanning (hereinafter referred to as the “Printing Devices”). The Printing Devices will be supplied to the contracting authority on the basis of the Framework Agreement for the purchase of Printing Devices, which is attached as Annex No. II to the tender documentation, through individual purchase orders; the supplies will also include installation and commissioning of the delivered performance for routine operation. The Framework Agreement pursuant to Section 131 of the ZZVZ will be concluded with a single bidder. Technical support services, including supplies of toner cartridges and related consumables, and software for print management, based on the Contract on Technical Support for Printing Devices, which is attached as Annex No. III to the tender documentation. The Framework Agreement for the purchase of Printing Devices to ensure the supply of the Printing Devices will be concluded for a fixed term—24 months.
