TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the procurement, delivery, bringing in, installation, leveling, and commissioning of new, unused office and conference furniture for the contracting authority, in accordance with the Cost Schedule with the minimum technical specifications and the compliance table, and the attached room plans. The subject of procurement includes work tables, conference tables, office and conference chairs, work armchairs, lounge armchairs, office cabinets, mobile drawer units, table extensions, partitions between tables, side tables, and other furniture elements listed in the Cost Schedule. The furniture must be functional, stable, made of materials of appropriate quality, and compliant with the minimum technical, functional, aesthetic, and quality requirements from the Cost Schedule, as well as dimensionally, functionally, and visually aligned with the spaces in which it is installed, taking into account the layout of the rooms, the position of doors, windows, installations, heating units, communication passages, and other existing elements.
