The project management (master builder) assignment shall include the following elements: Basic assignment: ESQ-APS-APD-PRO-ACT-VISA-DET-AOR Amount of the financial envelope allocated to the works: 8 000 000,00 euro(s) ex VAT [based on 2 000 euros ex VAT per square metre SHAB (approximately 4 000 m²)] Duration of the contract (studies and works): 56 months (GPA not included) Estimated start date of the project management (master builder) assignment: February 2027 The grouping shall include the following skills: Architecture (architect or architectural firm), VRD (calculation/hydraulic report to ensure the integration of the constraints of the PLUM and the “Loi sur l’eau” file), structure, MEP-thermal fluids (regulatory calculation), environmental, construction economics, acoustics, and landscape.
