TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract consists of ongoing deliveries of new, original, non-refurbished toner cartridges, ink cartridges and fuser units for printers according to the specifications set out in Annex No. 3 (Specifications and price list of goods) to the tender documentation. The subject of the public contract and the commercial terms and conditions are further specified in Annex No. 2 (Template purchase contract) to the tender documentation. On the estimated value of the public contract: 5.1. The estimated value of the entire public contract amounts to CZK 3,500,000 excluding VAT. 5.2. The estimated value of the public contract under Section 16(3) of the ZZVZ (i.e. including the estimated value of changes to obligations reserved in Article 2.2 of the template purchase contract) amounts to CZK 3,850,000 excluding VAT.
