TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the purposes of the subject-matter, price and contractual breakdown, the subject of the Public Contract consists of Contracting Performance A and Contracting Performance B. The Supplier is required to submit a single tender for both performances. The result of the procedure will be the selection of a single supplier and the conclusion of two mutually related contracts. The subject of Contracting Performance A is the new construction of a road connecting the existing Road II/312 to the newly built D35 motorway. Within the Public Contract, the construction of a new road will be carried out, including relocation of existing roads of classes II and III, local and purpose roads, and relocation of the existing cycle path. The project also includes a new roundabout, construction of culverts, construction of new bridge structures, relocation of the water main, sewerage, the gas pipeline and telecommunications networks, and the implementation of public lighting.
