TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) Part 1 of the contract: repair of sections of a forest road in the Wierzbiny forest division, plot/compartment 117, within the scope of: construction of drainage pits by the road, filling in the road structure embankment (backfilling the pits in the road), levelling the existing road, supplementing the road structure embankment with natural aggregate in a layer thickness of 10 cm. The subject matter of the contract, in particular the construction works included within its scope, shall be carried out in accordance with the design documentation, i.e.: the bill of quantities, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, a repair location plan, drawings specifying the proper method of performing the repairs, applicable provisions of law and the rules of construction engineering, as well as in accordance with the agreement whose terms and conditions are presented in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, and with the other annexes to the SWZ.
