TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the execution of repair at maintenance level P4 of the electric multiple unit (EMU) series EN57-1920. 2. Within the scope of the contract, the Contractor will carry out modernization of the toilet and monitoring system as well as additional works. 3. In all provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR) and its annexes referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical references, pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority allows the use of equivalent solutions to those described in the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical references indicated in the ToR and annexes, provided that they achieve features or parameters no worse than those referenced in the ToR and annexes. In the case of applying equivalent solutions, the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the offered technical parameters regarding the subject of the contract.
