TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the repair of pneumatic components within the scope of the (fourth and fifth) maintenance levels P4.2 and P5 of Metropolis 98B type metro vehicles. 2. The scope of the Contract includes the repair of pneumatic components within the scope of the (fourth and fifth) maintenance levels P4.2 and P5 of Metropolis 98B type metro vehicles divided into 2 tasks. The names and quantities of pneumatic components intended for repair for individual tasks are indicated in the "Scope of execution of the repair of pneumatic components within the scope of the (fourth and fifth) maintenance levels P4.2 and P5 of Metropolis 98B type metro vehicles," which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the Technical Specification (hereinafter: "TS"), which is Annex No. 1 to the ToR and is an integral part thereof. 3. The Contracting Authority foresees the possibility of applying an option in tasks No. 1 and 2, as referred to in art. 441 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, under the conditions described in the ToR. 4.
