TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in repairing 11 sets of axle gearboxes of type VAR 200 (1 set consists of 4 pieces of gearboxes from one vehicle), together with performing all dismantling, assembly, measurement, transport and acceptance activities necessary to recreate complete driving wheel sets of electric traction units 45WE belonging to Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A., in accordance with the Documentation of the Maintenance System, the Technical-Operational Documentation, as well as the relevant Polish Standards, including those taking into account the implementation of the relevant European Standards, Industry Standards and provisions of national law and European Union law applicable during the term of the contract. 2.
