The subject of the contract includes performing a service consisting in the reclamation of the green area at Moniuszki Street – plot no. 230 from precinct 9 in Toruń (owned by the Municipality of the City of Toruń). 2. Locations, species, quantities and parameters of plantings and small architecture are specified in the annexes to the contract template: 1) Annex no. 1 – site plan, 2) Annex no. 2 – bench design, 3) Annex no. 3 – task execution description 3. Detailed conditions for the execution of the contract regarding preparation and reclamation of the area, planting of plants, lawn establishment and bench installation are specified in § 2 item 3 of the contract template and Annexes no. 1, 2, 3 to the contract template. 1.
