TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a teleradiology reporting service for X-ray images (so-called native images), in which the Supplier’s specialist radiologists produce reports on imaging examinations provided by the Contracting Authority through the OptoMed portal. The service is a licence-based, value-added-tax-exempt healthcare service. The service covers native X-ray examinations in primary healthcare, including, for example, thorax imaging and imaging of the musculoskeletal system. Dental radiological and chest radiological native X-ray examinations are not included in the subject of the procurement. The Contracting Authority purchases teleradiology reports as needed in accordance with its requirements, and does not commit to minimum order quantities. The aim is to begin the contract period on 15.10.2026. The contract is valid until further notice. Reports are produced via the OptoMed portal in the manner described in more detail in the service description. The estimated number of examinations is approximately 12,000–15,000 reports per year.
