TENDER DESCRIPTION

The main purpose of this project consists in the implementation of a new platform as an extension of the existing national platform and in connecting it to the International Phasor Data Exchange (located in Prague within CEPS - OTS from Czechia), the international platform jointly used, covering extensive network areas and, implicitly, transboundary network lines, with access and data exchange between the regional interconnection partners. The new Platform will be implemented in a redundant structure and will ensure the exchange of operational data between the Transmission System Operators in Romania, Czechia, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Hungary with a high level of security, for monitoring operation and analyzing events of interest on extensive (transboundary) electricity transmission corridors. The new national platform will enable the collection and processing of specific data (phase angle differences, node voltages, frequencies, frequency derivatives, active and reactive power flows), in safe conditions and at a conforming backup level, with a resolution in the order of milliseconds for monitoring the main interconnected corridors for electricity transmission, as well as sharing…
