TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to implement a research, testing, and development infrastructure for hydrogen applications at the Pfeffenhausen site. The project is part of the National Innovation and Technology Center Hydrogen (ITZ) and serves the technology transfer from research to industrial applications as well as the provision of testing, inspection, and development infrastructure for commercial and non-commercial users. The subject of this tender is the phased commissioning of planning services for structural engineering for the new construction of a hydrogen testing hall with an ancillary building, outdoor testing areas, and outdoor facilities (§§ 51 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14.1). The division of individually callable service phases is as follows: Phase 1 = service phases 1 to 3, Phase 2 = service phase 4, Phase 3 = service phase 5, Phase 4 = service phases 6. Initially, only Phase 1 will be commissioned; there is no entitlement to the commissioning of subsequent phases.
