TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to realize a research, testing, and development infrastructure for hydrogen applications at the Pfeffenhausen site. The project is part of the National Innovation and Technology Center Hydrogen (ITZ) and serves the technology transfer from research to industrial applications as well as the provision of testing, inspection, and development infrastructure for commercial and non-commercial users. The subject of this tender is the phased commissioning of planning services for structural engineering for the new construction of a hydrogen test hall with ancillary building, outdoor test areas, and outdoor facilities (§§ 51 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 14.1). The division of individually selectable service stages is structured as follows: Stage 1 = service phases 1 to 3, Stage 2 = service phase 4, Stage 3 = service phase 5, Stage 4 = service phases 6. Initially, only Stage 1 will be commissioned, there is no entitlement to the commissioning of subsequent stages.
