TENDER DESCRIPTION

Seasonal tire fitting, storage, and safety inspection of NAV official vehicles in Budapest. The professional justification is to achieve and maintain the condition suitable for participation in road traffic as defined in Act I of 1988 on road transport, Decree 5/1990. (IV.12.) KöHÉM on the technical inspection of road vehicles, Decree 6/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM on the technical conditions of placing road vehicles into service and keeping them in service, and Joint Decree 1/1975. (II. 5.) KPM–BM on the rules of road traffic. Current quantity is 580 vehicles. The term of the contract to be concluded shall last until the specified framework amount is exhausted but no later than 24 months from the date of entry into force. The available framework amount is net HUF 73,000,000, of which the contracting authority commits to a call-off obligation for 70% (net HUF 51,100,000). Pursuant to Section 65(10) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority requires that the tasks specified in point j) of Part 3 (TECHNICAL, PROFESSIONAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS) of the Technical Description must be carried out without subcontractor involvement.
