Type and scope of the services: Remediation of hazardous substances and demolition work, central wing. Main focus areas of the scope of work: 1. Protective measures for adjacent building sections that are in use by the school (ongoing operations), as well as protective measures within the area to be demolished (e.g. installations in the dining hall area). 2. Remediation of hazardous substances: dismantling of suspended ceilings approx. 1,650 m² (containing MF/KMF). 3. Remediation of hazardous substances: dismantling of wall cladding approx. 120 m² (containing MF/KMF). 4. Remediation of hazardous substances: floor build-up UG2 approx. 150 m² (black sealing containing PAK / edge strips containing KMF). 5. Remediation of hazardous substances: dismantling of pipe insulation approx. 250 m (containing KMF). 6. Remediation of hazardous substances: dismantling of foul water and rainwater pipes approx. 500 m (PAK-contaminated). 7.
