TENDER DESCRIPTION

Gentofte Municipality invites tenders for, as a main contract, demolition and environmental remediation of the existing buildings at Sankt Lukas Vej 7A-7C, property no. 8li, Gentofte. The demolition prepares the site for the construction of Ny Lindely Care Home, which is offered as a turnkey contract in a separate procurement (TED 607791-2026). The site is transferred to the turnkey contractor upon handover. The demolition includes approximately 1,980 m² of gross floor area including basement, distributed across three addresses, Sankt Lukas Vej 7A, 7B and 7C, as well as associated paved areas, foundations, ground slabs, installations and pipework systems. The contract includes environmental remediation prior to the demolition, including removal and disposal of asbestos, PCBs, lead and other environmentally hazardous substances, as well as selective demolition with sorting and recycling/recovery of construction and demolition waste. The yellow bricks from the buildings must be taken down, cleaned, documented and stored in a depot for reuse in the new build.
