TENDER DESCRIPTION

2.1 The Contracting Authority intends to purchase construction and maintenance works for non-residential buildings with a value of more than EUR 500 thousand excluding VAT, and technical supervision services. The services to be procured are intended for non-residential buildings located in the territory of Kaunas city. All requirements for the services are specified in Annex 7 to the special procurement conditions “Draft of the Framework Agreement”. The services will be procured in accordance with the Purchaser’s needs. In carrying out this public procurement, the Contracting Authority plans to enter into a framework agreement with 3 (or fewer than 3, if fewer than 3 tenderers are recognised as the winners of the tender procedure) tenderers, under which the main procurement contracts for the purchase of construction and maintenance works for non-residential buildings with a value of more than EUR 500 thousand excluding VAT, and technical supervision services will be concluded with the tenderers that have entered into this agreement.
