TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the scope of this tender, the successful Bidder shall perform the following tasks: Collection and transport of wastewater not collected by public sewerage from households: 1,355 m3/year collected quantity. Collection and transport of wastewater not collected by public sewerage originating from commercial/industrial sources: 1,360 m3/year collected quantity. The quantities to be collected may vary depending on production; for the specified quantities the contracting authority cannot provide any guarantee. The activity must be carried out in accordance with the regulations set out in Act LVII of 1995 on Water Management (hereinafter referred to as Vgt.), and the Bidder must comply with the conditions defined in the Vgt.
