TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public procurement is to arrange and provide for outbound trips abroad arising within the scope of the Contracting Authority, and entry into Hungary from abroad, as well as related services (air ticket, accommodation booking, car rental, passenger insurance, other travel tickets, additional services, transfer and visa administration). As a result of the procedure, the Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework contract for services with the winning tenderer, with a framework amount of HUF 150,000,000 net. The Contracting Authority undertakes to place orders up to 70% of the framework amount. In addition to the services sold in a travel package as specified in Government Decree No 213/1996. (XII. 23.) on travel organiser and travel agent activities and Government Decree No 472/2017. (XII. 28.) on travel contracts, the scope also covers the services specified in the technical description, independently, i.e. also the individual services sold not as part of a travel package.
